To make an account, on the WIP Manager page you can click on the "log in" button in the top nav bar. Or the log in button on the welcome message. If you have a google account you can click the google icon to make an account with your google email. Alternatively, at the bottom of the log in form there's a "sign up" button that will take you to the sign up page to make an account.

Both the Project name and Task name can be changed by clicking on the gear next to the name. There you can select "Edit Name".

On the same gear icon where "edit name" is found, you will see an option to delete. It will ask you to confirm you deletion. Once Deleted, data can't be recovered.

To manually set the time of a timer, you can directly click on the timer and it will allow you to adjust the time.

My name is Jonathan Flores. I am the sole developer behind WIP Universe. WIP Universe was created for my wife who loves crocheting and has her own crocheting business. She asked me to create a site where she can easily keep track of her projects. I decided to release it to the public for anyone to use.

The calendar and heatmap are tied to the tasks in your projects. When a task is made its given a creation date which will be read by the calendar and heatmap in order to properly organize it. The heatmap colors are tied to your timer on the task bar. The more time on timer for the given day, the darker and more intense the color.

Data is stored using Google Firebase an app development platform. They provide a NoSQL Document-Oriented database called Firestore. Each user is stored as a document in the "User" collection. Project and Task data are stored in subcollections within the each user document
